Frequently Asked Questions
Instructors will be keeping track of attendance for each member for each class. You will not have to physically sign anything upon arrival.
As mandated by state/local law, you are required to wear a face covering when entering our facility. You may remove it once in your spot for most classes. If you have any symptoms (headache, loss of taste or smell, cough, fever) we ask that you please not attend. We need to be cautious to keep our instructors safe so we can continue to have in-person classes. We want them to feel comfortable teaching so it will be instructor choice if masks will be required during class.
Please only bring the personal belongings that are needed for class. If you bring a water bottle, you must keep it with you and be sure to take it with you when you leave. We appreciate your understanding.
One Core Fitness Memberships are available for purchase ahead of time online for the month – see below for more information! If you prefer to attend one class at a time, you can Venmo @OneCore or use our PayPal QR code right inside the fitness space entry for $5.00 per class. Class punch cards are also available. Please call Liz to arrange for those.
Please be on time!
The instructor will be the only person closing and opening the One Core Fitness door. When the door is open, please feel free to come in for your class. However, if the door is closed, please wait outside until the previous class has finished and exits the area. The instructor will keep the door open for the first 10 minutes of class, so please ensure that you arrive on time.
Spaces have been marked off for each individual on our floor. Please place all of your belongings within your designated area. Please sanitize your space at the end of each class. We ask that you do not gather for extra time after class and that you avoid high fives, hand shakes, and fist bumps.
Boxing Need to Know
We will not be providing gloves for boxing. Members will need to bring their own to class. Boxing bags will not be shared – reserve ahead to ensure your space!
Yoga Need to Know
We will not be providing any yoga accessories. Please bring your own mat and/or towel and any other yoga items you would like.

Each day is different: Cardio, Upper, Lower, and Boxing
Burning calories with high intensity interval circuits. We use kettle bells, dumbbells, and bands to strengthen upper body, lower body, chest, back, and core.
Abs + Assets
Target your abs and glutes! This class strengthens these two areas, allowing students to improve their athletic performance and help prevent injury!
High-intensity cardio class using a combination of gym bags and floor work.
Returning this July! A total body fitness format that incorporates martial arts techniques such as kicks and punches, all set to upbeat music!
While this would usually feature stations for different movements, we are not able to do so at this time. Students will create different stations within their own station using individual weights and steppers for a complete workout!
Extreme Hip Hop Step
Hip hop music using steppers. High cardio aerobics.
It’s a Polynesian and hip hop fusion style of dancing.
A fully body workout based on high reps and light weights. Low impact weight training that is fun and effective.
An indoor cycling class focused on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery. Using a special stationary exercise bike with a weighted flywheel, this class rocks out to amazing music to help you keep beat and motivation throughout the workout.
Stretch and Relax
Work on movements that build flexibility and mobility so that you can feel more centered and calm. A great compliment to other types of exercise!
Learning to use your own body weight with TRX straps while also balancing and strengthening the body. All around body workout.
Our classes are gentle but powerful, working on a combination of strength, flexibility, balance, and awareness. Through movement and mindfulness, feel more centered and ready to take action. High energy, aerobic and interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body through dance.
Easy to follow, lower intensity Zumba that focuses on balance, range of motion, and coordination.
